If you have donated cash or by cheque after January 1, 2026, please fill out the form below to be eligible to receive a tax receipt. We will verify that the monies were received and then issue a tax receipt through Canada Helps. For cash donations, if we cannot verify your donation, we cannot provide a tax receipt.
These will likely be sent out in January or February of 2027.
