Individuals who purchase items for ECWAR from our Amazon wishlist can receive tax receipts for the dollar amount of the items purchased, not including GST.

To receive a tax receipt, please fill out the form below with the attachments listed.

For the 2026 calendar year, the form and attachments must be submitted before January 20, 2027. ECWAR will review the request and will send you a charitable receipt by email through CanadaHelps prior to the end of February 2027.

WHAT TO DO:

  • Download the Amazon invoice(s) for the purchase(s) from your account. See image below.
  • Fill out the form below. You can request a tax receipt for multiple Amazon Wish List orders. When inputting the amount for the $ Total of Invoices, DO NOT INCLUDE GST, as it is not eligible under CRA rules. Total only the cost of the goods themselves.
  • Attach the invoice PDF file(s).
  • Submit the form.
